Gary, words cannot express the loss of a precious mother. I didn't know her personally but I have great admiration and know that you were faithful through the years to visit and give her the love and support. You are an inspiration to me and you know our prayers will continue through the upcoming days as you feel the loss. Gary, so sorry to just learn about your Mother going to meet her Master. Thank God He allowed you so many years with her. That is beautiful. I learned about her death too late to get to the Memorial service but will keep you in my prayers and see you as son as possible. I am sure that your Mother was a wonderful person as it is projected through you. I have always thought you to be a wonderful person and like you very much. With a son as special as Gary, I know that Elizabeth had to be a very special lady. Mom(Laura) had met her on a few occassions and remarked about how sweet she was.

At various times I had lunch and or dinner with Mrs. Wetendorf and Gary. I found Elizabeth engaging in conversation and always agile for her age. That which we can look forward to is finding those who have made Jesus Lord will be waiting to greet us on the other side of eternity who have made that same confession. Mrs. Wetendorf had made that profession and in that the family can take great comfort and rejoice.
